Dimensionally stable: Due to the combination of the composite enamel and the steel.
Glass-hard and scratch resistant: Due to the constitution of the surface, enamel is not inferior in view to the typical tightness of glass against abrasion. Thus, the glass-hard surface of the enamel is very tough.
Graffiti resistant: Enamel is paint-resistant. Glue and other chemicals can be removed easily.
Hygienic: Numerous tests demonstrate that there is no culture medium for bacteria and other organisms at enamelled surfaces. So the plane enamelled surface is very hygienic.
Soil-resisting: There is no electrostatic charge at enamelled surfaces. Flue dust will not be gravitated by the enamel in contrast to synthetic materials.
Easy to clean: It is not possible for soil to cling to enamelled surfaces. Soilings can be wiped of easily -without polishing. You don't need any cleaning agent.
Physiological harmless: Enameled tanks for foodstuffs don't contain any questionable materials.

Glass Coating

To protect against corrosion!!!

Class fused to steel results in highest corrosion resistance combined with strength and flexibility!!!!

Process: In the enameling furnace the powder coated steel sheets are heated up to approx. 860 degrees Celsius. At this temperature the enamel powder melts, thus forming a corrosion resistant fusion with the surface of the metal. This glass-like, extremely resistant enamel coating permanently protects the steel surface.

INSULATION

For the thermal insolation of a container, tank or digester is a professional specialized knowledge necessary. So that no thermal bridges come up, becomes e.g. considered on a professional, intensified insolation with double stand fold according to DIN standard within the range of the roof beams. Based on some example photos there's the current insolation standard with competent gluing of the impacts and at the storage.

EDGES

Edge Protections :- A sealant is applied round the edges. This is very important for non-deburred panels.

Deburred and Enameled :- The panel edges are deburred. This guarantees a consistent enamel-coating even on the edges.

Protection sheet :- To protect the enamel coating!!!

In the factory the protection sheets are affixed to the vertical sides of each enamelled panel. This gives additional protection to the enamel coating.
